 A. If you are a customer of the site, DARK CLOTHING CONCEPT S.R.L will process your personal data, such as:
  • Surname and first name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • Delivery address

If you use your Facebook or Google account to create your user account on the site, DARK CLOTHING CONCEPT S.R.L. will process the following public profile data displayed by the respective applications: User name, email address.
If you choose to create your user account only before you complete your order for a product available on the site, your first and last name, phone number, will be required, your email address from which an account will be created automatically and the address to which you will want to deliver the products you ordered.
If you do not complete the order, the email address and other data provided will not be stored by THE DARK CLOTHING CONCEPT S.R.L. and the created account will be automatically deleted.

      If you are a customer, we will process your data throughout the duration of the contractual relationships and subsequently in accordance with the legal obligations of DARK CLOTHING CONCEPT S.R.L (e.g., in the case of financial and accounting supporting documents for which the statutory retention period is 10 years from the end of the financial year during which they were drawn up.
      If you are a customer and exercise the option to delete your user account by pressing the "Delete account" button in the "My account information" section, DARK CLOTHING CONCEPT S.R.L will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications that keep you informed about the products and services offered through the site.
      In this respect, if you choose to delete your user account, we will not send you any more emails and/or sms of this kind.

      If you request the account deletion, but there is at least one active order on that account, the account deletion request will only be registered after the delivery of the products and the last active order is completed.

This will require deleting the created account or you can send us an email to contact@reflectss.ro asking us to do so and we will try to provide you with a response as soon as possible.

      1. Confidentiality of minors
      DARK CLOTHING CONCEPT S.R.L. does not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18. The website does not aim to request any information from persons under the age of 18.
      If we become aware of such information through an error and are notified of it, we will obtain the appropriate parental consent to use this information or, if that is not possible, we will delete the information from our servers.
